We understand that parole-related information is deeply personal and sensitive. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use Lone Star Parole Solutions.
We do not sell data. We do not track you. We collect only what is necessary to prepare your parole packet. When you use our free tools, no personal information is collected at all. When you use our paid intake service, we collect only what you provide โ and we never share or sell it.

When you use our free tools โ the eligibility calculator and FAQ โ we collect nothing:

- No analytics tracking โ we do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other user-tracking tools

1a. Information We Collect Through the Intake Form (Paid Service)
When you use our paid intake service ($299), we collect the information you provide to build your parole packet. This includes:
- Your contact information โ name, email address, phone number, relationship to the inmate
- Inmate information โ name, TDCJ number, date of birth, facility, offense type, sentence details
- Support network details โ names, relationships, and contact information of people writing support letters
- Case details โ prior denials, housing plans, employment prospects, prison program history
This information is collected solely to prepare your parole packet. We do not use it for marketing, sell it to third parties, or share it with anyone outside of the packet preparation process. Intake data is stored temporarily in your browser during the intake process and transmitted securely when you submit.
2. Payment Information
When you purchase our service, payment information is collected to process your transaction:
- Payment information โ processed and stored by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. AIO Inc. does not store your credit card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials.
- Transaction records โ we retain records of purchases for accounting and customer support purposes.
We collect only what is necessary to fulfill your purchase and provide customer support.
3. How Your Information Is Processed
When you submit an intake form, your information is used by our AI-powered system to generate your parole packet materials. Here's how that works:
- Your intake information is sent to the Anthropic Claude API for processing
- The AI generates your parole packet materials based on the information you provided
- Your completed packet is delivered to you for immediate download/printing
- A copy is sent to the email address you provided
Third-Party AI Processing
Lone Star Parole Solutions uses Anthropic's Claude AI to process intake information and generate packet materials. Anthropic has its own privacy practices governing how data sent to their API is handled. We encourage you to review Anthropic's Privacy Policy for details on their data handling practices.
Anthropic's API is designed for commercial use and, per their data usage policies, does not use API inputs to train their models.
4. Sensitive Information Notice
We recognize that information related to parole, incarceration, and the criminal justice system is highly sensitive. Because of this:
- We have specifically designed Lone Star Parole Solutions to avoid collecting or storing any case details, TDCJ numbers, inmate information, or parole-related specifics
- We do not maintain any database of users or their cases
- We cannot look up, retrieve, or share any information you discuss with Lone Star Parole Solutions, because we simply do not have it
- We strongly recommend that you do not share Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other highly sensitive identifiers in your conversations with Lone Star Parole Solutions
5. Data Stored in Your Browser
Some information may be temporarily stored in your web browser's local memory (such as the current chat session) to provide a functional experience. This data:
- Exists only on your device
- Is not transmitted to our servers for storage
- Is cleared when you close the browser tab or start a new session
- Can be manually cleared through your browser's settings at any time
