The information provided by Lone Star Parole Solutions is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be construed as legal counsel of any kind.

1. Nature of the Service
Lone Star Parole Solutions uses artificial intelligence to assist users in organizing and preparing informational materials that may be included in a parole packet for consideration by the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles. The Service provides templates, guidance, and AI-generated content to help families and supporters navigate the parole preparation process.
What Lone Star Parole Solutions Does
- Helps organize information for parole packet preparation
- Provides general educational information about the Texas parole process
- Generates draft content based on user-provided information
- Offers guidance on what materials are commonly included in parole packets
- Provides support letter templates
- Offers hearing preparation guidance
- Provides AI-powered eligibility analysis tools
What Lone Star Parole Solutions Does NOT Do
- Provide legal advice or legal representation
- Guarantee parole or any particular outcome
- Represent users before the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles or any government body
- Serve as a substitute for a licensed attorney
- File documents on your behalf with any court or agency
- Submit parole packets to the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles
- Create an attorney-client relationship of any kind
2. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Your use of Lone Star Parole Solutions does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and AIO Inc., or between you and any person or entity associated with the Service. No confidential or privileged relationship is formed by your use of this Service.
In compliance with Texas Government Code §81.101–81.106 and Texas Penal Code §38.123, Lone Star Parole Solutions does not engage in the practice of law. The Service is a technology tool that assists users in organizing their own information — it does not exercise legal judgment on behalf of any user.

4. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Parole decisions are made solely by the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles. Lone Star Parole Solutions has no influence, affiliation, or relationship with the Board, the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ), or any government agency. Use of this Service does not improve, guarantee, or otherwise affect the likelihood of any parole decision.
5. Payment Terms
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. AIO Inc. does not store your payment card information. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
Payment Plans
Where payment plans are offered, the following terms apply:
- The total purchase price will be divided into equal installments as agreed at checkout.
- A missed payment may result in suspension of access to Service materials until the account is brought current.
- All installment amounts remain due regardless of parole outcome.
Refund Policy
- Within 48 hours of purchase, before any AI-generated materials are delivered: You may request a full refund by contacting us at matt@aioglobal.com.
- After AI-generated materials have been delivered: Due to the nature of digital informational products, all sales are final once materials have been generated and delivered to you.
- Retry purchases: Retry pricing follows the same refund policy — refundable within 48 hours if no materials have been generated; non-refundable after delivery.
- Parole outcome: Refunds are not available based on parole outcomes. We do not guarantee results, and the decision to grant or deny parole rests solely with the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Lone Star Parole Solutions uses artificial intelligence (powered by large language models) to generate content and suggestions. AI-generated content:
- May contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
- May not reflect the most current laws, regulations, or procedures
- Should be independently verified by the user before submission to any agency
- Is not a substitute for professional legal review
You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any content generated by Lone Star Parole Solutions before using it in any capacity.
7. No Affiliation Disclaimer
Lone Star Parole Solutions and AIO Inc. are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to:
- The Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles
- The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ)
- Any state or federal government agency
- Any law firm, attorney, or legal aid organization
8. User Responsibilities
By using Lone Star Parole Solutions, you agree that:

- You are responsible for all decisions made based on the Service's output
- You will not rely solely on Lone Star Parole Solutions for any legal matter

- You will not use the Service to generate content for resale or commercial redistribution
9. Eligibility
Lone Star Parole Solutions is intended for use by adults (18 years of age or older). If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Service is designed primarily for use by families and supporters of individuals incarcerated in the Texas state prison system.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, design, software, and materials comprising the Lone Star Parole Solutions platform are the property of AIO Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Lone Star Parole Solutions" and the Lone Star Parole Solutions sun logo are trademarks of AIO Inc. You may not use these marks without prior written consent.
You may use the Service for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose of preparing parole-related materials.
Content you generate using Lone Star Parole Solutions (such as letters and supporting documents) belongs to you, but the underlying technology, templates, prompt engineering, and AI systems remain the exclusive property of AIO Inc.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIO INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:
- Your use of or inability to use the Service
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content
- Any parole decisions or outcomes
- Any actions taken based on information provided by the Service
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
- Any third-party conduct or content
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIO Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
14. Dispute Resolution
Mandatory Arbitration
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Tarrant County, Texas, or at the claimant's election, by phone or video conference.
Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Small Claims Exception
Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court in Tarrant County, Texas, for disputes within the court's jurisdictional limits.
Pre-Arbitration Dispute Resolution
Before filing for arbitration, you agree to contact us at matt@aioglobal.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AIO Inc. regarding the use of Lone Star Parole Solutions and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
