By accessing or using Lone Star Parole Solutions ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lone Star Parole Solutions.

Lone Star Parole Solutions is a self-service document generation tool that uses artificial intelligence to create parole packet documents based on information you provide. The Service generates formatted documents intended for submission to the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles (BPP).

IMPORTANT: This Service is NOT a law firm, NOT an attorney, and does NOT provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services of any kind. The documents generated are self-service templates based on your input. No attorney-client relationship is created by using this Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Payment

• The Service costs $399.00 USD per parole packet, payable in advance via Stripe
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe — we do not store your credit card information
• The fee covers: one AI-generated parole packet, PDF download, and 30 days of unlimited revisions from the date of purchase
• After 30 days, additional revisions require a new purchase

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with the generated packet. To request a refund, contact support@lonestarparolesolutions.com within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6. Your Responsibilities

By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all information you provide
• You must review the generated packet carefully before submitting it to any parole authority
• The Service does not guarantee any outcome in parole proceedings
• You should consult with a licensed attorney if you need legal advice specific to your situation
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• You will not misrepresent your identity or the identity of any person described in the packet

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The documents generated by this Service are produced by artificial intelligence based on your inputs. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or language that does not perfectly reflect your intentions. You bear full responsibility for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before submission. Lone Star Parole Solutions makes no warranty regarding the legal sufficiency, accuracy, or effectiveness of any generated document.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all information you input into the Service. The generated packet is provided to you for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs. The Service's branding, design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Lone Star Parole Solutions.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Lone Star Parole Solutions is NOT liable for any outcome of parole proceedings, whether favorable or unfavorable
• We are NOT liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• We are NOT liable for any decisions made based on documents generated by this Service
• We are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service ($399.00)
• This Service does not create an attorney-client relationship, and no such relationship is implied

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lone Star Parole Solutions, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your submission of generated documents to any authority, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Data is retained for 30 days after purchase and then automatically deleted.

12. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.
